Conditions for Return/Refund

  • The issue must be reported to Choice Eats Canada within 48 hours of delivery. We require notification within this timeframe to ensure that we can assess the quality of the products while they are still fresh.
  • To process your return or refund, you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items received.
  • Returns and refunds will not be processed if the product has been consumed or improperly stored after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that are no longer fresh due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Orders that have been opened or consumed.
  • Orders that are not reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved or if a refund is granted, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the amount will reflect the cost of the affected item(s) only (excluding shipping fees, if applicable). If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit for the affected products.

5. Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will be happy to replace it with the correct or fresh item at no additional cost. However, we do not offer exchanges for reasons unrelated to quality or shipping errors.
